Terms & Conditions

Using this website

Tours Venice Italy is an independent travel-information website operated by Jan Pretorius. The site publishes information about Venice experiences and links to external booking websites. You may use the site for lawful, personal research and planning. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy substantial content for republication without permission.

Information and updates

We aim to make the information useful, but tours, schedules, prices, availability, ticket conditions and other details can change. Check the current details with the activity provider or booking platform before you book. Site content is general information and is not a promise that a particular service will be available or suitable for you.

Bookings and third-party websites

We do not operate, organize or sell tours or activities. A booking link takes you to GetYourGuide or another named provider. The booking, payment, cancellation terms, customer support and activity are governed by the terms shown by that provider. Review those terms and the exact option before completing a booking. We cannot change or guarantee a third party’s services, website content or decisions.

Some links are affiliate links. If you book through one, this site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not make Tours Venice Italy the tour operator or booking provider.

Site materials

Unless a page says otherwise, the site’s written content and original visual materials are provided by or for Tours Venice Italy. Third-party names, marks and linked materials belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce site materials in a way that infringes applicable rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tours Venice Italy is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on changing travel information, third-party websites, or services provided by another business. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date above shows when this page was last reviewed. For questions about these terms, contact Jan Pretorius at info@tours-venice-italy.com, Barion Road, Milnerton, South Africa.
