Venice Events is a fully licensed travel agency No. 44866 and is duly insured for civil liability with general Assicurazione No. 261688725. We are also a member of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents) The programme has been forwarded to the Province of Venice and is valid from the 17th November 2009 until 16th November 2010.
Venice Events reserves the right to change the price or schedule of their tours at any time, however we always endeavour to provide the services listed, and only under very unusual circumstances would there be any changes.
We cannot be held responsible for bad weather or seasonal closures, traffic delays and transport strikes.
It is recommended for all tours, comfortable shoes, suitable attire in particular for entrance to churches ie shoulders and legs covered and please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled departure time.
It is your responsibility to be at the meeting point punctually.
If you are unsure of meeting points, please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance. No Rucksacks or large bags allowed in Saint Mark's basilica. On very few occasions Saint Mark's Basilica may be closed due to public holidays or high water
To reserve private tours, including walks and boat tours, we require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. (Visa or Mastercard).

Cancellation Policy
� Cancellation between 7 - 4 days before tour - 50% of tour price
� Less than 3 days, Late arrivals or NO SHOW - 100% charge
� It is your responsibility to be at the meeting point punctually
Private Tours
� Cancellation between 14 - 8 days before the tour -50% of tour price
� Less than 7 - 4 days before the tour - 75% of the tour price
� Less than 3 days, Late arrival or NO SHOW - 100% charge
� It is your responsibility to be at the meeting point punctually
Refunds
� For all payments made by credit card, which need to be refunded, there will be an administration charge of 10% of the total cost of the tour.
